Availability and shipping update
As an industry and as a business, we have faced some unprecedented challenges as lead times have grown almost as fast as demand. This has put a huge strain on supply chains, with a knock on impact on stock and availability.
However, the team at Parcours has worked incredibly hard to mitigate any impact on our customers, with the vast majority of orders being fulfilled on time and as advertised.
Stock availability is updated live on each individual product page. If a product is listed as "In stock", it is physically sitting in our UK warehouse, ready for dispatch. We aim to have all orders shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, on an overnight service in the UK with DPD.
If a product is not in stock, the product page will show the expected dispatch date. Note that this is when the order will ship from our UK warehouse, not when it ships from the factory to us.
If you are on a tight deadline (e.g. targeting a race, event or trip), please do contact us before placing an order for an out of stock item.
Orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are intending to place an order, we would advise doing so as soon as possible - the sooner an order is confirmed, the higher up the priority list when stock arrives.
