Dear Santa...The Parcours Christmas List
Well, crazy to think December is here! I feel that year went from slow to warp speed in a matter of months!
But as we head full steam into the festive period, we thought, here at Parcours, we’d give you some of our Christmas best buys and gift ideas and out our favourite Parcours wheel to add to your list to Father Christmas!
Dov Tate – Head Honcho, Big Boss, In charge

Christmas gift: I’d say an electric tyre inflator / pump. It's totally changed my approach to carrying spares on a ride & gives you all the convenience of a CO2 cartridge without the single use risk & environmental impact.

Favourite Parcours wheel: Grimpeur - spending the summer riding my custom steel road bike which is a rim brake setup and for the first time being able to enjoy the comfort and performance of a modern rim design but on a rim brake wheel.
Amy Marks – Really the one in charge, lives in the mountains, loves riding her bike

Christmas gift: Rapha’s ‘Queens of pain book’ - https://www.rapha.cc/fr/fr/product/queens-of-pain/QOM01XXRED a book of the most inspiring female cyclists, from those who raced to those who rode long distances.
Favourite Parcours wheel: Strade - they are a fantastic all round aero wheelset which is fast on the flats but also light for climbing, which there is a lot of around here in the Alps!
Laura ‘Sid’ Siddall – still pretending to be a pro athlete (and invaluable member of the team Edit: Amy)

Christmas gift: I’m all about a good pair of gloves. Whether it’s just for day to day and dog walking, or for keeping my hands warm and functioning when riding a bike. I find that the mitten type gloves works best for cycling and love my Hestra Mittens, I got through Trimtex. But also, these Loffti ones look good and fun too https://loffi.cc/collections/winter-cycling-gloves/products/adult-3-0-25
Favourite Parcours wheel: Chrono Max – love this wheel, how fast it feels but the control too. Love to race with it, but also good to feel good in training.
Lizzie Rayner – legit Pro, 8th Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Ironman 70.3 Portugal Champion

Christmas gift: Niche but Loop Earplugs. Great for planes, hotels, noisy airbnbs, teammates, snoring partners etc! https://www.loopearplugs.com/products/quiet?variant=48262905528655 - boring but very good!
Favourite Parcours wheel: The. Powershift Disc ;)
Hanne de Vet – also legit Pro, 9th Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Challenge ‘The Championship’ Champion
Christmas gift: A good pair of cycling socks (white socks is always a good gift). (ED: Rapha socks are always good and also Velocio score highly)
Favourite Parcours wheel: Paniagua – perfect all round wheel, good for climbing in Andorra and windy Belguim!
Hope Santa brings you everything you wish for.
Happy cycling, stay safe and a very Merry Christmas from Team Parcours!
