Shipping Policy

Domestic (UK) orders

For UK orders we use DPD for delivery. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an automatic email notification, including tracking details.

If your wheels are in stock we aim to have them shipped within a couple of days of your order being placed.

If the model isn’t in stock when you place your order, the product page will give an estimated shipping date. Note that we will continue to update availability for new orders, however your shipping estimate will not change unless we contact you directly.

International orders

We use a range of shipping providers for our international orders. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an automatic email notification, including tracking details.

If you would like to confirm which provider we use in your location, please get in touch.

For customers in the EU, please place your order through our EU website at https://eu.parcours.cc/. We also have a dedicated International website which can be found at https://intl.parcours.cc/.

Please note that any import taxes or duties will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Under the Consumers Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund.  This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods, in this case date of delivery.  After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have a right to a repair of replacement under our warranty policy.​

Returns are processed as followed:

Products must be in unused/unridden condition.  This does not include fitting to the bike

Products must be packed in original packaging or equivalent

Products should be shipped on a tracked and insured service.  Please note that Parcours cannot be held liable for loss of goods in transit for a return

The customer will be refunded within 10 working days of Parcours receiving the returned product
