1) Esher gravel loop
My all time favourite South West London gravel route. Starting and finishing at G!ro cafe in Esher, this route takes you on some hidden gravel gems and is one I have developed over many iterations and much exploring. With a mixture of single track and bridleways, this really has everything! There is a hidden single track in the woods after crossing Leatherhead by-pass so be sure not to miss this bit! On the whole flat and not that technical, this is a route for every level. This route also goes out and back to KT9 barn for scrumptious baked goodies and coffees.
One of my favourite Surrey gravel loops. This route takes you around Epsom downs before following a super fun single track descent towards Leatherhead. Back through Bookham and Esher commons and then finishing up on the Tasmin trail round Richmond park.
A longer Surrey gravel route that heads out to the mighty Peaslake for wide beautiful gravel fire roads. The route heads out to Surrey up a slightly harder gravel climb parallel to Staple lane before heading down Beggar's lane, which is an off-road descent. It heads over to Peaslake and Leith hill and is definitely on the more technical side. Heartwork coffee bar at 55km!
