Right of Withdrawal (EU orders)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the form below. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout. You may add a message, though you do not need to give a reason. We will send confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.

You can also notify us by email of your decision. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Returning the goods

After telling us you wish to withdraw, send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14 days are up.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as you bear the risk for items lost in transit.

When returning goods to us from the EU, please declare the parcel as a return of goods to the seller and include your order number and a copy of your withdrawal confirmation. Declared this way, the return should clear UK customs as returned goods with no import charges arising. You do not need to arrange delivered duty paid shipping. Please do not do so. If any UK import charge is wrongly applied to a correctly declared return, we will cover it.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If goods have already been delivered, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Reduced refunds for diminished value

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In short, you may inspect the wheels as you would in a shop, but goods that have been ridden, fitted with tyres, or otherwise used may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting that loss in value.

Goods that cannot be withdrawn

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes custom graphics, custom hub builds, and any other bespoke configuration produced to your order.

The ceramic bearing upgrade is a standard option and is not treated as a customised good, so orders including it remain eligible for withdrawal.
