Warranty
We build wheels to be raced, travelled, and used year-round.
Every wheelset comes with a 2-year warranty for the original owner (Aerodynamics Lab and Frontier Workshop wheelsets include an enhanced lifetime warranty).
If something is not right, we will sort it.
DELIVERY
Shipping is tracked as standard, with DPD or DHL in the UK.
If it is in stock, we aim to dispatch within a couple of days and if it is not, the product page shows the ship date.
For EU, US and Australia wheelset orders, all duties and taxes are included
CRASH REPAIR
If you do damage a wheel in a crash, our crash replacement policy is simple.
We offer a substantial discount on replacement rims and wholesale pricing on other replacement parts to help you get rolling again.
No charge for workshop labour.
