Team Parcours 2026
Whilst Triathlon and Cycling is an individual sport, most of us as humans seek community. And we know that to get to that start line, there’s a whole team behind us that gets us to the start line.
Team Parcours is a community that brings triathletes, road cyclist, gravel cyclist, racers and adventurers together with the common goal of the love of the two wheels (and coffee).
Now in it’s third year, it’s grown every year with the connections and relationships that are built each year. It’s also not a one year and done. Each cohort of ambassadors remains friends of the brands and still involved as a new group of athletes joins.
Parcours is a small brand but has a big heart and driven to support professionals and age groupers with their cycling pursuits. It’s often a surprise to hear how few people sit behind the brand, and for Parcours that’s just two (well two and a half). Dov Tate the founder behind the brand, an Oxford Engineering graduate saw a gap in the market for aerodynamic wheels that were backed by real science but were still affordable. He’d completed a scholarship with British Aerospace and a course module with BMW and after graduating had initially gone into the City and Investment Banking. But left that world to launch Parcours in 2016. Now as the brand enters it’s 10th year, Dov is still very much at the heart and centre of the brand, still hands on in the design, testing, building and engagement with athletes, Professionals and amateurs, it creates a unique and powerful bond for the brand.
Amy Marks the other half of the team, heads up the marketing and PR side of the business and works with the athletes and ambassadors to create content and activations. Marks who got into cycling by riding LEJOG for charity with her mum, began racing for Team LDN in 2019. Marks raced at an elite level for several years, before taking a step back from full time racing and moving to the mountains in France with her partner. She still has a love of riding and sport, and like Dov a unique energy that she brings to the brand.
Then there is me, Sid (Laura Siddall). I’ve been a Parcours athlete for the majority of my Professional Triathlon career and in the last few years, have been helping Amy and Dov out with the ambassador team and athletes.
The aim of the team is to bring together a collection of triathletes, road cyclists and gravel enthusiasts brought together to represent the Parcours brand. It’s a group of individuals who support each other in the community, inspire others and always aim to be their best self on and off the bike. It’s a group of all ability levels and all background, as long as you have a love and passion for cycling. It’s global too with athletes based in Canada, Australia, The Middle East, as well as Europe, UK and the USA.
“Meeting the other athletes and enjoying their journeys and sharing the successes” one of the highlights from Adam Philipps (Parcours Ambassador 2025)
As part of the team athletes receive Team Parcours kit, access to discounted exclusive team-branded Parcours wheels and other benefits throughout the season. There are meet ups, either with the whole team, or through the relationships our Ambassadors individual catch ups where locations match or races line up. As well as the opportunity to engage with and meet some of the Professional Parcours athletes.
“It’s not just the fantastic quality of wheels, It’s about the community and support that comes with them. For me it’s been more than just equipment, it’s been a belief behind me.” Victoria Stansfield (Parcours Ambassador 2025)
