My first carbon wheelset &
"My first carbon wheelset & first time setting up tubeless. First thing, the wheels are great, make me feel fast and stats support that. So I am delighted with my Ronde set. Some points from an experienced cyclist but a newbie to tubeless. Taping the wheels was a bit stressful but used bike upside down to support wheels & it went OK. Appreciate cost is an issue but supplying taped rims is an extra I would have paid for. I did have some issues seating GP5000s, eventually did it using a tube(!), then removed tube and was able to seat the tyres. Used new Silca sealant & so far so fine. Minimal leaking from one tyre between rim & tyrewall but that seems to have stopped. So, a learning curve for me but now vv happy. Another small point, but the video you provide of one of your expert mechanics setting up tubeless in a purpose built lab, with specialist equipment, wasn’t much help. Sorry. Silca web-site plus some YouTube videos were better. Five star wheels but 3-star support. But I would absolutely recommend your wheels."

I've only covered a few hundred km so far with them, but really happy with how they ride, they are the perfect all round up grade for my road bike"

"Only had one chance to ride them yet but they ride really well. Set up with Continental GP5000 clincher tyres - 30mm, and the overriding impression is of comfort and speed. Looking forward to riding them in Majorca next month."

"Very good except that I was a bit disappointed that the bearing races front and rear became gritty/stopped feeling perfectly smooth after one summer’s use (5 to 6k km) and I’m having them replaced."
